The properties in the German High Street Properties portfolio are situated on main streets or in prime commercial areas in German cities with a population of at least 50,000, as well as in Scandinavia. The properties are primarily located in cities with robust economies and demographics.
Quality and Risk Diversification Requirements
The overall portfolio meets a range of quality and risk diversification requirements. Among the most significant requirements is that a main part of the portfolio's rental income originates from cities with a population of at least 80,000.
